We took the long road here with Paul with no sprinting to the finish line. But more importantly Paul is no stranger to the gym having made great progress himself previously but when you want to get to a different level you get help.

25cms Gone From Her Waist Alone. 17kg Lost

Steph came to me in May last year with the goal of 'losing weight and improving her knowledge of nutrition'. We designed a full nutritional and training plan based around the long term goal of learning how to fuel her body but still enjoying weekends and trips away all while dropping body fat. Steph has been incredibly accurate over the last year

Martins Tranformation

30kg GONE FOREVER

That's the amount of weight Martin has dropped in just over a year. How did we get this outrageous transformation? Through hard work, consistent training and hours of coaching.
 

The issue for Martin was consistency and diet. Weight/Fat loss is great but the confidence Martin now has is incredible. This is what can be done with dedication and consistency.

Sinead transformed her whole mindset

after the weight loss and took a new sport that she really wanted to do. 

 

Sinead has had an amazing transformation and isn't done yet! She has taken up kayaking a sport she is now excelling in and has a brand new lease on life through our sustainable approach to coaching proving

anyone can do this.

Ruth started a new career & used the new found skills to help others do the same. 

This was Ruths second time to sign up for online coaching. From her transformation and the knowledge she learned she found the confidence through the coaching to do a personal training coaching course

herself and joined the industry.

New Body For Holidays

 In just 12 weeks we got Emma holiday ready!

 

Emma needed a training plan built around the fact that her gym and equipment always changed. She also needed a plan that fitted around her lifestyle. With that and consistency we produced amazing results in a short time.

Soloman's Tranformation

13.6kg dropped,
11.5 cm gone from the waist

Soloman came to me wanting to add size but before we could do that we had to bring body fat down so we could have a clean runway into an improvement phase so the recomp was set

in place and he's absolutely nailed it.

A recomp phase is difficult but with the right guidance and reassurance this is what's possible. An incredible result for Solomon!

No stone unturned, no session missed. Takes the feedback week on week and uses the tools.

Alana's Tranformation

 Over 8kg gone. 8.5cm dropped from her waist. 

Alanna came to me in with the goal of getting in shape for going away.  

So we put a plan together specifically

designed for Alanna.

Nutrition..

Being vegan we made sure Alanna varied her protein sources and supplemented where needed.

Was designed around her goal of building glutes a priority which we nailed

Tom's Tranformation

8cm gone from his waist,
5.5kg dropped.

Tom was sick of the 'Skinny fat look'

So we put together a recomp aiming to get structure back into his lifestyle

We worked on: 

Consistency✅️    Intensity in his sets✅️

Structure in his lifestyle✅️     Stress management✅️

There's a lot more that goes into Coaching but these we're issues specific to Tom.

Kaya's Tranformation

14cm gone from her waist! 

Kaya came to me with the goal learning about nutriton and improving her relationship with food  we removed the scales and tracking until we felt we needed too all while adding

as much tissue as possible.

We decided to take a long term approach of dropping some body fat.

No Time Frame ✅️     No Stress ✅️

No Scales ✅️

We just adjusted based off pictures and measurements. All while enjoying trips and weekends away Kaya's progress is amazing.

Over 10kg gone, 14cm waist drop

Heidi came to me looking to take her physique to the next level. She needed help with nutrition and lifestyle change. So we worked on: Recovery✅️
